I cannot help with tabs but Ian Chadwick's excellent web site contains two old books containing chord sequences. 'Hawaiian Hits' and 'King's Hawaiian Melodies'

http://www.ianchadwick.com/essays/musicbooks.htm

The 'Kings' has some interesting photographs and comments whilst 'Hawaiian Hits' was mainly written for uke players and the chords may have been simplified.

This site is a first class source of old material and Ian should be congratulated on the effort that must have gone into producing it.

BTW. Downloading these books can be slow unless you are using one of the special tools like DownThemall.
