International Steel Guitar Festival

CISGF 2012 is the 5th year of the steel guitar festival to be held in Chanos-Curson. To celebrate this anniversary we will organise the festival slightly differently. On the Friday evening we will have an alfresco dinner to open the proceedings.
Due to reorganisation of the European Steel Guitar Hall of Fame we will not have the ESGHoF medal ceremony this year. This will allow us to extend playing time by not having a gala dinner - just a normal dinner instead.
If you love the steel guitar, this is the festival for you.
Just bring your guitar, we supply the rest - amplifiers, mixers, microphones. Bring your backing tracks or if you like live backing, bring your chord sheets and we’ll find the backing players.
We also provide meals during the festival.
Festival runs from 19:00 on Friday 14 to 22:00 on Sunday 17 September, 2012.Each player will be allocated a playing slot of about 20 minutes.
Just reserve your tickets and meals, and come to Chanos-Curson for a wonderful steel guitar weekend.
